Evaluating the performance of these companies is of great importance to identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to provide strategies to improve their performance. Therefore, the need to develop a comprehensive and efficient approach for this purpose is strongly felt. In this regard, in this research, by integrating the balanced scorecard landscapes and the comprehensive best-worst method, a practical and comprehensive approach is developed to evaluate the performance of knowledge-based companies. In the proposed approach, the evaluation sub-criteria are extracted from the four landscapes of the balanced scorecard, namely "financial", "customer", "internal process", and "innovation and learning". Due to the internal dependence between the four landscapes, the comprehensive best-worst method is used to calculate the weight of the intertwined landscapes and their sub-criteria. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is measured through its implementation in three knowledge-based companies under the supervision of an academic technology and knowledge-based unit growth center, and after ranking the companies, strategies are presented to improve their performance. در دنیای رقابتی امروز، شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان نقش مهمی در ایجاد نوآوری و رشد اقتصادی دارند. ارزیابی عملکرد این شرکت‌ها برای شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت‌شان جهت ارائه استراتژی‌هایی برای بهبود عملکردشان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بنابراین نیاز به توسعه یک رویکرد جامع و کارا برای این منظور به شدت احساس می‌شود. در این راستا، در این تحقیق، با یکپارچه‌سازی مناظر کارت امتیازی متوازن و روش بهترین- بدترین جامع، یک رویکرد کاربردی و جامع برای ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش بنیان توسعه داده می‌شود. در رویکرد پیشنهادی زیرمعیارهای ارزیابی از مناظر چهارگانه کارت امتیازی متوازن یعنی "مالی"، "مشتری"، "فرایند داخلی" و "نوآوری و یادگیری" استخراج می‌شوند. به دلیل وجود وابستگی درونی بین مناظر چهارگانه، از روش بهترین- بدترین جامع برای محاسبه وزن مناظر درهم‌تنیده و زیرمعیارهایشان استفاده می‌شود. در نهایت کارایی رویکرد پیشنهادی از طریق پیاده‌سازی آن در سه شرکت دانش بنیان زیر نظر یک مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور و دانش‌بنیان دانشگاهی سنجیده می‌شود و پس از رتبه‌بندی شرکت‌ها، استراتژی‌هایی برای بهبود عملکردشان ارائه می‌شود. /downloadfilepdf/3844549
