This field is widely related to engineering sciences, humanities, and organizational management. Unlike other fields of management that rely more on past experiences and traditional models, technology management continuously offers new innovations and techniques with the development of technological advances and continuous changes in the business environment. In this article, the identification and classification of technology management tools are discussed. First, by reviewing the existing literature in this field, the tools used and key concepts of technology management are identified, then the different tools are classified based on their characteristics and applications. It is also suggested that the framework of technology management tools be enriched by introducing two new categories: the first category of tools related to improving technology production and the second category of intergenerational management tools. In addition, the role and participation of academics in the development and evaluation of these tools is examined. This analysis of technology management tools helps managers and decision-makers select the appropriate tools for optimal technology management in their organization. مدیریت تکنولوژی به عنوان یک زمینه تازه‌ در علوم مدیریت،از رویکردها و ابزارهای متنوعی برای مدیریت بهینه تکنولوژی و نوآوری بهره می برد. این حوزه به ‌طور گسترده‌ای با علوم مهندسی، علوم انسانی و مدیریت سازمانی در ارتباط است. برخلاف حوزه‌های دیگر مدیریت که بیشتر به تجربیات گذشته و مدل‌های سنتی تکیه می‌کنند، مدیریت تکنولوژی با توسعه پیشرفت‌های فناوری و تغییرات مداوم در محیط کسب‌وکار، به ‌طور مداوم نوآوری و تکنیک‌های جدیدی ارائه می‌دهد. در این مقاله، به شناسایی و دسته‌بندی ابزارهای مدیریت تکنولوژی پرداخته می‌شود. ابتدا با مرور ادبیات موجود در این زمینه، ابزارهای مورد استفاده و مفاهیم کلیدی مدیریت تکنولوژی شناسایی می‌شوند، سپس ابزارهای مختلف بر اساس ویژگی‌ها و کاربردهای خود دسته‌بندی می‌شوند. همچنین پیشنهاد می‌شود که چارچوب ابزارهای مدیریت تکنولوژی با معرفی دو دسته جدید غنی‌تر شود: دسته اول ابزارهای مرتبط با بهبود تولید تکنولوژی و دسته دوم ابزارهای مدیریت بین نسلی. علاوه بر این، به بررسی نقش و مشارکت دانشگاهیان در توسعه و ارزیابی این ابزارها پرداخته شده است. این تحلیل از ابزارهای مدیریت تکنولوژی به مدیران و تصمیم‌گیران کمک می‌کند تا ابزارهای مناسب را برای مدیریت بهینه تکنولوژی در سازمان خود انتخاب کنند. /downloadfilepdf/3919029
