The present study is descriptive-analytical in nature. The required data were collected from Bank Sepah branches in Mashhad, and the indicators and branch performance were determined based on the collected information. First, the position of the branches and their performance were assessed using the Data Envelopment Analysis method. To determine the DEA indicators, the sets of inputs and outputs had to be calculated. In this study, Cooper’s DEA model was used to calculate the inputs and outputs. Subsequently, the efficient units were further compared using Game Theory. In the next stage, the Game Theory approach was applied, and the comparison of strategies among branches was carried out based on the subjective judgments of experts. The experts involved in this part of the study consisted of ten financial management professors with managerial experience in banking affairs. For data analysis, Excel 2023 and MATLAB software were used. Among the 20 bank branches examined, 6 branches—Emamat, Palestine, Faramarz Abbasi, Rezashahr, Ab-o-Bargh, and Saadi—were found to be efficient and were identified as the top Bank Sepah branches in Mashhad. Based on the Shapley values, the most effective collaboration involves the leading participants, and it is reasonable to prioritize the allocation and enhancement of facilities for Emamat and Palestine branches, as they contribute almost equally and significantly more than the others in the early stages of participation and can generate higher revenues compared to the other branches. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانک سپه خراسان رضوی به روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها و نظریه بازی انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. اطلاعات مورد نیاز در این تحقیق از شعب بانک سپه شعبه مشهد جمع آوری گردید و شاخص ها و عملکرد شعب بر اساس اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری شد. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها جایگاه شعب و عملکرد آنان ارائه شود. برای تعیین شاخص های تحلیل پوششی داده ها باید مجموعه ورودی ها و خروجی ها محاسبه شود. در تحقیق حاضر برای محاسبه ورودی ها و خروجی ها از فرومود تحلیل پوششی کوپر استفاده شد. در ادامه واحدهای دارای کارایی به روش نظریه بازی ها نیز مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در گام بعد رویکرد نظریه بازی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و مقایسه استراتژی های بین شعب بر اساس قضاوت ذهنی خبرگان انجام شد که خبرگان در این بخش از تحقیق شامل ده نفر از اساتید مدیریت مالی با سابقه مدیریت در امور بانکی می باشند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از نرم افزار های اکسل 2023 و متلب استفاده شد. از بین 20 شعبه بانکی تحت بررسی 6 شعبه امامت، فلسطین، فرامرز عباسی، رضاشهر، آب و برق، سعدی، دارای کارایی مثبت بوده و به عنوان برترین شعب بانک سپه شعب مشهد شناسایی می شوند. بر اساس ارزش‌های شیپلی، بهترین همکاری شامل مشارکت‌کنندگان برتر بهره گیری و افزایش امکانات برای شعبه امامت و شعبه فلسطین منطقی است که تقریباً به همان اندازه و به طور قابل توجهی بالاتر از دیگران در مراحل اولیه مشارکت دارند و می توانند درآمدزایی بیشتری نسبت به سایر شعب داشته باشند. /downloadfilepdf/4328943
